Assahoun – Batoume Junction Road has been for many years a death trap to the people of Batoume. For only 20 km, this road has taken the lives of many people. It’s now time for Entrepreneur Members of Agotime Batoume to take their responsibility and do their part. They take the time to design construction plan and request for support to get it constructed. BAME has already conducted study to the geographical obstacles, grade that will permit vehicles to travel safely, ensure safety (risks of erosion, geological risk, good storm drainage, prevent risk of flooding etc.) of all small villages along the way, ask for cost of construction of embarkments, bridges, multiple layers of pavement. As a Border town, it works to protect its citizen from violence and destruction of the environment. It plans an electronic toll that will monitored to reimburse investors and bring revenue to the community and local government.
